Each season, the Apple Books team brings featured content to life through a fresh visual system. They begin with a central idea and pair it with custom illustrations that pop across collections, promotional art, and bespoke placemats for books and audiobooks.

Autumn, in particular, marks a turning point, a quiet signal that the year is winding down. It’s that perfect in-between moment, the last chance to enjoy the outdoors before the cold sets in. This sense of transition inspired the tone and visuals of the season’s campaign.
For this project, I worked with Elena Boils, whose dynamic textures and nuanced colour palette brought the campaign to life with a natural warmth that felt both seasonal and fresh.
